  • Chasers/keepers:
    • In addition to the required two full games, please submit a third.
    • Completion of basic fitness drills: 20 continuous push ups, 40 yard dash filmed from the side and one two-footed vertical jump.
    • Five reps (no edits, continuous film) of you throwing a pass to a moving receiver from 10 yards away.
    • Five reps (no edits, continuous film) of you throwing a pass to a moving receiver from 15 yards.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of you catching a pass of average velocity and shooting it through a hoop (wall with a taped square can substitute).
  • Beaters:
    • In addition to the required two full games, please submit a third.
    • Completion of basic fitness drills: 20 continuous push ups, 40 yard dash filmed from the side, and one two-footed vertical jump.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of hitting a non-moving target from 5 yards away.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of hitting a non-moving target from 10 yards away.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of hitting a moving target from 5 yards away.
  • Seekers:
    • In addition to the required two full games, please submit a third with your alternate position highlighted.
  • All players:
    • Additional footage is recommended, but not required.
