New Orleans Curse

  • Chasers/keepers
    • Five reps (no edits, continuous film) of you driving and dunking on a 1v1 play from at least 8 yards out.
    • Five reps (no edits, continuous film) of you staying on a person with the ball and prevent them from driving 8 yards.
    • Five reps (no edits, continuous film) of you staying on an off ball chaser on cuts and prevent a pass from reaching them.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of you making a pass  to a receiver mid-stride from 10 yards away.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of you receiving an alley-oop and scoring.
  • Keepers:
    • 10 reps reps (no edits, continuous film) of you standing at middle hoop and blocking shots from outside keeper zone on side hoops.
  • Beaters:
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of you hitting a jogging target from at least 8 yards away.
    • 10 reps (no edits, continuous film) of you dodging, deflecting or catching hard throws from at most 5 yards away.
  • All Players:
    • Completion of basic fitness drills: timed 40 yard dash with a broom, video of max plank and max number of push ups.
    • A letter of recommendation from a coach or captain talking specifically about their coachability and attitude as a player.
