The MLQ Player Health and Safety Coordinator will be part of the MLQ Gameplay Department. This individual will report directly to the MLQ Player Health and Safety Manager will oversee the data collection and analysis of injuries (player-related, equipment-related, etc.) within MLQ. They will perform trend analysis, uncover patterns and provide tangible conclusions; as well as work with the MLQ Player Health and Safety Manager make policy and gameplay recommendations related to player health and safety.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the creation of policies related to player health and safety.
• Track and report key player health and safety data, demographics, and trends across the various levels of MLQ play.
• Classify and tag injury patterns.
• Produce compelling and user-friendly (concise, informative) reports.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in the medical field and/or a medical-related degree or athletic trainer certification.
• Experience with/in sports medicine preferred.
• Understanding of the sport of quadball preferred.
• Ensures confidential information is maintained.
• Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying deadlines.
• You know your way around technology and have a keen sense of sharing information across multiple departments. We use Google Apps and Slack.
