Indianapolis Intensity is excited to welcome new team member Mario Nasta to the orange and gold this 2021 MLQ season. Nasta will be transferring from Boston, where he was a successful beater for four seasons. Not content to sit idly by while Boston was done the disservice of a regionally significant, uplifting team name, Nasta decided to take on the important social cause of alliteration and file his transfer to Indianapolis.
MLQ opened Black History Month with some of our past, present and future DEI-related action items. USQ released their census data, highlighted members of the community and hosted their Black History Month celebration. We are seeing quidditch organizations take feedback and start bringing ideas to action, but the question remains:

At MLQ, we understand the value of preparing for the future, as such, we are expanding our practice squad programming. For the 2021 season, practice squads will increase from a 14-player to a 16-player max and we are seeking dedicated coaches and managers (playing and/or non-playing) to lead them.
