The MLQ Partnerships Director will create and oversee the strategy and execution of partnerships throughout the entire sales process lifecycle of successful relationships. This position focuses on building successful relationships with multiple companies and will ultimately take the lead on the lifecycle of the assigned partnership accounts, including form submission and renewal processes. The MLQ Partnerships Director will report to the MLQ Commissioners.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and solicit individual and corporate partner prospects.
• Act as a liaison, interacting, and managing assigned official partnerships and working to uncover additional opportunities to generate revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to activate and monetize the full value of partnerships.
• Create and manage the partnership renewal process in tandem with our seasonal schedule.
• Set seasonal goals for the MLQ Partnerships Department.
• Develop sales and partnership proposals/presentations to secure new business and event partnerships.
• Maintain a calendar tracking communications and fulfillment.
• Create, develop, and maintain the MLQ Partnerships Department.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience creating digital partnership proposals preferred.
• Proven track record of securing partnerships, closing sales, and/or large amounts of revenue for a team or company.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or willingness to learn.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Understanding of high-level strategic development and execution.
• Must be able to work in an environment that emphasizes a high degree of professionalism while utilizing exemplary organizational and communication skills in a multitasking environment.
