The MLQ Executive Assistant will be a vital member of the MLQ Executive Department. A predominantly administrative position, the MLQ Executive Assistant will support and report directly to MLQ Commissioners Amanda Dallas and Ethan Sturm. The MLQ Executive Assistant will also have an opportunity to work on projects in other MLQ departments in which they may be interested.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administrative tasks: this may include but is not limited to inbox management, calendar management, standard business correspondence and data entry.
• Monitor, forward and respond to MLQ Info emails daily.
• Serve as secretary at MLQ meetings.
• Research: This may include research on events, projects, pricing, etc. Results must be provided within an established time frame.
• Other MLQ Director support, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Clear, precise, excellent, proactive and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Must have meticulous attention to detail, along with the ability to comprehend difficult tasks.
• Must be able to keep confidential information as just that–confidential. This role will be privy to information before it is public knowledge.
• Google Suite proficiency required.
• Willingness to do any task asked of you, big or small.
• Must be able to work in an environment that emphasizes a high degree of professionalism.
• Desire to grow within MLQ.
• Ability to attend MLQ Championship, preferred.
